Hi! My game suddenly went back to level 1 randomly after opening the app :(( Before I left/closed it, it's still working & was currently on my latest progress but sadly I was surprised to see it restart all over again. I really hope there's still a possibility for me to retrieve my progress. So far, seeing your team's response to everybody's problm, it's only the level of my game that I'm currently in's the one I can't remember, that is if the Game ID you're talking about is the same as the Game Center ID.
