- Tap "Secure your game" in "Tasks".
- Secure using Facebook or Email Address.
- You can check whether your account has been secured successfully in Settings.
- Before you change Device, please Tap "Save Server Data" in Settings to save your game to cloud.
- After changing Device, please Log In with the same credentials.
Notes:
- If Secure or Restore fails, please try again with stable connection or different Wi-Fi.
- 1 email address or Facebook can only be bound to 1 account.
- Once an account is bound, you can't change it.
Q: I changed phone and my data is lost! I re-installed the game and my data is lost! Why did my game restart to level 1?
A: If you've secured your game before, please reinstall and login with your login credentials. If not, please contact us at pierre@happylabsfree.com with your old Game ID and new Game ID and we’ll retrieve your account for you ASAP.

Q: I don’t know what’s my old ID.
A: Please provide as much information as possible on your account, for example, device model, level, shop name, amount of diamonds, coins, etc. Any information you have will help.
Q: Can I get back my game if I change my device?
A: Yes. Secure your game before you change your device. You can log-in to your account on your new device by pressing “Restore” in the splash screen.

A: We don’t know your password as it is secured safely in our server. If you can’t remember your password, we will transfer your game account to a new ID and you can secure it again.
Q. Can I play 1 account on 2 devices?
A. That’s not advisable. You might overwrite your new game data with older data if you do so.

A. Re-install your game and select “New Game” from the splash screen.

- Use items to increase Usage Fee of the shop.
- Be sure to open up all Food Fair slots and do Food Fair as much as you can.
- Increase the Charm for your island, higher Charm attracts more Foodies who will spend more coins on your island. You can check your island’s total Charm at the Info Counter.
Q: How can I get more diamonds?
A: You can get more diamonds by:
- Completing Tasks such as building and upgrading shops.
- Watching video ads.
- Helping out shoppers and collecting Fever stars. Then, activate “fever mode”. 1 in 3 Fevers will yield a diamond.

SHOPS
Q: What’s the max level for a shop?
A: In Restaurant Paradise, you can upgrade shops to level 6.
Q: When does shop design change?
A: Shop design changes at shop level 3 and shop level 5.
Q: How do I upgrade a shop?
A: You can get Shop XP everytime you run a Food Fair. When Shop XP bar is maxed, you will be able to press the Upgrade button.

Tap on any shop, tap the “Treasure Chest” to open up “Use Item” window. Select an item of your choice, then press “Use Item”. In general, the first 3 of any items used will be "effective". After the first 3, their effectiveness diminishes. Each shop has 1 or 2 items that are "super effective".

A: Every time they level up, they can bring in more coins to spend, and also for every 5 levels, they can visit 1 more shop before leaving the island. In the beginning, they will only visit 3 times. If they can’t find any seat after buying their food, foodies will get angry.
Q: How do I increase the number and type of foodies coming to my island?
A: Complete investments that appear in “Tasks” after certain shops are built. Once investment is complete, the foodie will appear in your island and you will have access to the items when your boat is exploring.
Q: How do I increase the spending power of my foodies?
A: When foodies automatically level up, they will spend more coins on your shops!
Q: How many shops do my foodies visit before they leave my island?
A: Foodies will visit 3 to 6 shops before they leave. They will leave early if they run out of coins, if all tables are occupied, or if they get impatient.
Q: What does "too slow" or "got to go" mean?
A: This means that the foodie has spent too much time queuing at a shop. If your foodie gets impatient, you will lose revenue. At the minimum, if they still have coins to spend, each foodie will visit 3 shops before leaving. One lost visit equates to one less chance of getting coins. For example, if your foodie has waited too long at his third shop, he will not go to a fourth shop.
