Happy Labs' staff are all gamers (doh), and today's blog features some of their favourite games of all time! Time for a walk down memory lane ( the 90s, so uh, you'd have guessed our age)! Tell us your favourite games too!
"Fan of the Zelda series and my favourite adventure with Link would be with Ocarina of time. Intriguing puzzles with beautiful graphics and music."
"It was the best looking game at its time when it first came out. Probably the first game then to really push the limits of the SNES. That on top of the captivating story line, funny characters and fantastic BGM makes this into one of my all time favorite video games. I can play this game over and over again no matter how old I get. Wait, I never get old, I only level up."
“Neverwinter was my first PC game in my college time and the game is spectacular, modding community is robust, gameplay and story are superb. Will never feel tired while playing the game."
"Beautiful memories. Met my husband in this game :D"
“It’s my very first, and most favourite platform action-adventure game! It’s super fun because it has such challenging levels, and cool power-ups for Mario, like the Super Leaf, Tanooki suit, P-Wing and Frog suit. I also love exploring the map and warping into hidden worlds."
"This one is the most favourite game i played when i was kid. Great game to be played as 2 player adventure game where u need to help each other to complete the mission, super fun level and challenging."
"It is the definitive fighting game and spawned the entire genre of fighting game by itself. When it came out I was blown away at not only the number of characters that you can use, and the number of buttons it supports. The fact that the game still holds up till this day (25 years) is a testament to how deep and fun the gameplay is. If I'm ever stuck on an island and could only take 1 game with me, this is my only choice. As a bonus, I mostly win my friends so it made the game even more fun for me. Hadoken!"
Games are awesome!
